A little info about you

Your sport or training background?

Running, athletics all the way to a marathon.

Activities you regularly do and your training routine?

I run 4 times a week, strength 3 times, and do pilates and yoga scattered in.

What first got you interested in sport, fitness, or wellness?

I had to channel my competitive energy somewhere and I found that in running! Now I'm obsessed with it for my mental health mostly.

Challenges you’ve faced in your training or health journey?

I think becoming an osteopath has helped me, I used to over train and always get injured, I've learned how to manage load and fuel properly.

How hydration and electrolytes support your training or everyday life?

It essential for me beforehand because I train in the morning when I'm most dehydrated! And then so I don't get an energy slump before work, I have my second dose.

Any advice you’d give someone starting their fitness/wellness journey?

Start small, and have goals, it's also super handy to have a coach/trainer to teach you the basics and support you in the beginning.

A little info about you

Your sport or training background?

My background is primarily in CrossFit, which has been my main focus for years. Recently, I've started exploring endurance training and am aiming to complete an aquabike race later this year.

Activities you regularly do and your training routine?

I train CrossFit 5-6 days a week, alongside two weekly running sessions. I've also picked up basketball recently, which has been a fun and refreshing addition to my routine.

What first got you interested in sport, fitness, or wellness?

I grew up playing as many sports as possible, and that passion has never faded. I've always been drawn to CrossFit, but ultimately, I just love being involved in any kind of sport or physical activity.

Challenges you’ve faced in your training or health journey?

I've dealt with ongoing shoulder injuries, which have been a major challenge. After a year of consistent rehab, my shoulder is now feeling strong, stable, and ready to handle the demands of training again.

How hydration and electrolytes support your training or everyday life?

Hydration and electrolytes are a key part of my routine. As someone who sweats a lot during training, I rely on sodium-based electrolytes to support performance, recovery, and overall consistency day to day.

Any advice you’d give someone starting their fitness/wellness journey?

Find something you genuinely enjoy. Training shouldn't feel like a chore when you enjoy it, consistency comes naturally, and that's what leads to real progress.

A little info about you

Your sport or training background?

I was a chubby kid my whole life up until around 22, when I decided I needed a change. I wanted to feel better in myself and improve my health. Over the next two years, I lost a significant amount of weight the proper way, with no surgeries or quick fixes. From there, I got into running and never looked back. I have also started going to the gym to gain some muscle and support my overall health.

Activities you regularly do and your training routine?

Other than my work as a paramedic, I do daily walks with my two troublemaker Border Collies, which keeps me active every day. I also run and have started training at the gym. When I am not doing that, I am usually relaxing with films, YouTube, or going for a cruise on my motorbike with music blasting.

What first got you interested in sport, fitness, or wellness?

For me, it came from wanting to make a real change. I knew I needed to do better, and once I started seeing progress, I found something in running and training that really stuck with me.

Challenges you’ve faced in your training or health journey?

The biggest challenge was making that initial change and sticking to it the right way. Losing fat naturally took time, consistency, and patience, but it was worth it and made a huge difference to how I feel.

How hydration and electrolytes support your training or everyday life?

Hydration is a big thing for me. I sweat a lot and sweat heavily, meaning I lose electrolytes easily, but I never really replaced them properly before. I was drinking water when exercising and Pepsi Max or cordial through the day, but still felt flat most days. My workouts suffered and my recovery suffered too.

Since teaming up with ReVitalise Daily Electrolytes, I have noticed everything has improved. Running, weights, energy for the dogs, energy for daily life and work, and recovery have all stepped up by giving my body what it actually needed: electrolytes.

Any advice you’d give someone starting their fitness/wellness journey?

If I can give any advice, it would be to start and stick with it. Real change takes time, but doing it properly is worth it.

A little info about you

Your sport or training background?

My training is a mix of strength work in the gym and running. Everything I do is built around consistency, showing up no matter what season of life I’m in. I’m not chasing perfection, just a sustainable lifestyle that keeps me strong and capable.

What first got you interested in sport, fitness, or wellness?

My journey into fitness started because I needed something for me. Training became my outlet, mentally as much as physically. It’s where I reset, rebuild, and remind myself what I’m capable of. I’ve faced my own health challenges, including eating disorders, and I live with Hashimoto’s. That’s shaped how I train today, I focus on balance, recovery, and actually listening to my body.

How hydration and electrolytes support your training or everyday life?

Hydration and electrolytes play a big role in my routine. With a mix of running and strength training, staying properly hydrated supports my energy, performance, and recovery, so I can keep showing up consistently.

Any advice you’d give someone starting their fitness/wellness journey?

It’s about keeping it simple and staying consistent. You don’t need to go all in to get started. Show up for yourself, even on the hard days. Progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s about not giving up on yourself. I don’t run for races,I run for life. And I won’t give up on myself.

A little info about you

Your sport or training background?

I previously played high-level soccer across the UK, USA, and Sweden.
Right now, I stay active with: Soccer, Gym training, Running.
I also work as a strength and conditioning coach for combat athletes.

What first got you interested in sport, fitness, or wellness?

I’ve always loved soccer, I grew up watching and playing from a young age.
As I got older, I started going to the gym to improve my performance.
The main challenges I’ve faced have been injuries interfering with training.

How hydration and electrolytes support your training or everyday life?

Hydration has been a big game changer for me. I’m a heavy sweater and train multiple times a day, so staying on top of hydration and nutrition is essential. High-sodium electrolytes have really helped with performance and recovery.

Any advice you’d give someone starting their fitness/wellness journey?

Make sure you enjoy what you do. To build a lasting habit, you need to enjoy the process. It will make everything easier for you and keep you more motivated to continue.
